What is this? User bar can be use for your signature in forum or another places. You can promote something or just express yourself. How to use it? You can modify logo and your name or promotion from user bar below. I use GIMP. Upload your own user bar at somewhere that you can hotlink to for signatures or stuff (inspired by crmaykish from here). My User Bar
